Noah Davis & Joe Mastroianni both just made State Band - the first from Wallenpaupack in many years!  Noah will be playing in the "elite" smaller Wind Ensemble.

 

And, Christa Schimitz has made State Choir on voice!

 

Noah has also stared in thehigh school musical "She Loves Me" as Mr. Maraczek (the shop owner).  Christa Schimitz also has a great singing role as the restaurant waitress.  And Audrey Conklin does a great job with her song as a store customer.  All singing very very well.

 

As for Regional Band it was Joe Mastroianni, Noah Davis, and Audrey Conklin.

 

Honesdale's musical "The King and I" included, oddly enough, Andrea Koch on percussion, especially the big Gong which gets bludgeoned about 800 times (there were no sax parts scored), and Travis Murray added the bassoon to his musical tool box and did quite a good job - many little solo motifs throughout.

Christa Schimitz made 1st chair in Wallenpaupack Wind Ensemble!!  Made it to the top of the heap - she sure has worked hard and improved over the last couple years.  And, Nicole Grzejka also made it on flute (4 flutes in total).  The 3 clarinets are:  Noah Davis 1st, Audrey Conklin 2nd, Sarah Radzieski 3rd!  Alto Sax:  Joe Mastroianni came in 1st.

District Band (going back a ways) included:  Sax: Joe Mastroianni, Andrea Koch.  Flute:  Christa Schimitz.  Clarinet:  Noah Davis, Audrey Conklin, Carly Satterfield, Bryce Evans, Sarah Radzieski.
